If its an emergency you can just think positive. They might get better or not their is always a chance. My way would be listening to music but everyone has their own way. I also tap a lot and for some people it might be iritting but it kind of calms me. Being calm in the emergency room can help because they are able to do their job. If you’re panicking they might have to stop and calm you down. People could be unhealthy without being physically sick by not washing their hands every so often.
